The 2nd release from the new TIME IS NOW 10" series is a rollicking 4-track EP of heavy-hitting UK garage from a future album. Using a tape deck and a pile of old jungle tapes, cut-up snippets were crafted into an audio collage balancing ambience with rave style crescendos. (TIME IS NOW)
