Ordering Info

We accept mail orders via our website, by phone and in person during our “Open To The Public” retail hours.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL for all online purchases. We also accept cash for in person store purchases. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks nor ship mail orders out COD.

Mail Order via our Website 24 hours a day at http://www.groovedis.com :
The best and easiest way to order. Our website is very user-friendly with a large searchable database full of descriptions, cover and label artwork, sound samples, track listings, and reviews. Our website is updated several times a week, with new releases posted every Friday night. If an item is out of stock but might be restocked in the future, it will appear as “Out Of Stock”. Items that show as “Buy Now” were in stock at the time of the last update, though they might have sold out by the time of your order. Items which will not be restocked because they are out of print or no longer available will show as “Out Of Print/Not Available”.

Mail Order by Phone:
To place an order by phone, call 312-997-2375 ext. 103 Monday through Friday (10AM – 7PM CST).

Shop In Person:
Our 5000+ square foot warehouse is open to the public Tuesday through Friday Noon to 7PM CST. Sorry, we are not open to the public on Mondays and weekends. Local customers who wish to save on shipping may also pick up orders placed on-line during these hours.


Shipping Times & Prices
Just $5 Shipping For 1-3 Items Shipped In The US Via US Postal Service


All orders normally ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out by Tuesday. International orders will ship by the end of the week they were placed (with orders placed on Friday shipping by the end of the following week).

One to three items shipped in the US via US Postal Service is just $5.00. Double albums or boxsets may count as more than one item. Each additional item is $1.00 extra to ship. This only applies to records and CDs, some non-music items like t-shirts or merchandise MAY have different shipping charges. The mail order department will let you know the shipping on those orders BEFORE your order ships.

Other shipping services like UPS or FEDEX are also available by request at the shipper’s published rates. Contact the mail order department for details and a quote.

VIP Membership

A VIP membership is a way for frequent buyers to save money. We have two VIP memberships available.

Standard: $25 membership fee saves you 10% off all purchases for an entire calendar year*
Platinum: $75 membership fee saves you 30% off all purchases for an entire calendar year*

*The VIP discount does not apply to marked down or sale items. However, in the event the VIP discount off the regular price would result in a lower price than the sale price you will be charged the lower, VIP discounted price.

Mail Order Return Policy

Under normal circumstances everything sold by Groove Distribution is non-returnable. All records, compact discs, magazines, merchandise, etc. whether domestic or imported are sold on a one way, firm sale, non-returnable basis. However, mis-shipped or defective items are always returnable, please contact us at mailorder@groovedis.com.
