Groove Dis Exclusive. EARNEST ENDEAVOURS third EP comes from the cult NYC/LA experimental MC and producer duo of JIMMY JAMS and BOBBY EVANS (who recorded as BROTHER READE—a Pitchfork darling). This 6 track EP is a wildly creative mesh of drums, raps, and electronics that sounds like the future but also like a distant past. The music is electronic that ranges from glitchy dubstep influenced beats to club bangers all held together by the rap vocals. They recently remixed NEON NEON and TELEPATHE and have performed with DABRYE, KUTMAH, FLYING LOTUS, and RAS G. Our initial copies will come with a free label mix CD!!
