2008 gets it's first great release of the year with the welcome return to DC RECORDINGS by KELPE. It's been a while since 2004's "SEA BODY INSIDE", but you'll find that their love of drifting, etherial soundscapes is still there on "EX-AQUARIUM", putting them up there with BOARDS OF CANADA, etc.
