Recorded in 1975, this is a fantastic album from an African ensemble living in Italy that hailed from Congo, Cameroon, and Benin, with a style that incorporated polyrhythms, funk-infused bass lines, call & response vocal chants, and their interpretations of Afro-Caribbean & Latin. (SPACE ECHO)
