HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
If we have your email address on file, every week (except for some holidays) you will receive an email listing all our new releases for that week along with a listing of our stock titles. This email is sent out Sunday afternoons. This same new list is also posted on our website Sunday afternoon by 3PM CST. This list has all the titles we currently stock. If we do not have your email on file or if you wish to stop receiving the list for whatever reason just give us a call. Alternately you can send a message to subscribe@groovedis.com to add yourself to the mailing list or send one to unsubscribe@groovedis.com to remove your name from the mailing list.

You may order in three ways: 1) by email, 2) by phone, and 3) in person (on Wed nights and Sunday afternoons only).

1. BY EMAIL. To order by email just send your order to mailorder@groovedis.com. Please include in all your orders the following information: your name, your V.I.P. Membership Number (if applicable) and your Account Password, and the items you want listed by artist and title and specifying the format (CD, 12”, LP) you want. If you do not specify a quantity we will assume you wish to order one copy. If you are a local customer please be sure to specify whether you want your order shipped or you wish to pick it up the next time we are open to the public. Also please note your email order must come from the email address (or alternate address) we have on file for you.
2. BY PHONE. To order by phone call us Mon- Fri 10-6PM or Sun 12-3PM at 888-GROOVE- 4 ext. 103 (or 773-435-0250 ext. 103). If we have all your info on file then you can fax us your order. Please make sure to include all the order info required for an email order and fax it to 773-435-0252.
3. IN PERSON. We are open to the public Wed 6-9PM and Sun 12-3PM ONLY. For in stores sales we accept cash, money orders and certified checks in addition to VISA and MASTERCARD. We do not accept personal checks.

SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
Before we can accept mail orders by email or fax, we require that our customers set up an account with us by phone. This is to protect your credit card details. Groove Distribution will never ask you to provide your credit card details to by email or by fax. We only accept credit card information by phone.

If you do not intend to email or fax us orders you do not have to set up an account and put your information on file. As long as you call to place each of your orders it is not necessary (though it may be more convenient) to set up an account with us. Setting up an account (as opposed to joining our V.I.P. club) does not cost anything. It does however require a valid VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, which will be used to bill all your future email and fax orders.

SHIPPING INFO
Orders placed over the weekend or on Mon and Tues will all ship out on Wed. All other orders normally ship the following business day.

If we have all or most of the items you have ordered we will ship your order out via US Postal Service priority mail (with delivery confirmation where available) or UPS ground service (If you have a preference please let us know otherwise we will use our discretion as to which to use). We also can ship your order UPS Next Day or Second Day at an additional charge.

If we do not have most of the items you have ordered we will get in touch with you via phone or email to find out if you wish to ship what we do have in stock or if you wish to revise or cancel your order.

If you placed your order via email or fax we will send your order to the shipping address we have on file and bill the order to the credit card on file. Otherwise we will use the shipping and credit card info you specified on the phone when you placed the order.

Our shipping rates for US customers are as follows:

Up to 3 Items - $5.00 shipping
Each additional item - add $1.00 up to a maximum of $15.00 For orders under $25 there is also a $2.50 handling charge (except for V.I.P. members)

Double and triple albums only count as one item. CDs count as ½ item (rounding up in the case of fractions). For certain orders containing merchandise, record bags, and clothing there may be additional shipping charges as these items are not covered by the shipping rates above. For international orders please contact our mail order department for a shipping quote.

Please note that we do not ship COD.

RESERVATIONS
V.I.P. members who live in or will be visiting the Chicago land area can “reserve” items by email or phone. These items can then be picked up and purchased during our open to the public hours Wednesday night 6-9PM or Sunday afternoon 12-3PM. Please keep in mind that you will be required to buy any and all items you have “reserved” so do not put on hold items you are just thinking about buying, only ones you definitely want. Also you must pick up your “reserved” within a week of putting them on “reserve”, otherwise we will ship them to you at your expense. While only V.I.P. members can “reserve” items any local customer can purchase an item and then simply pick it up next time we are open to the public thus saving on shipping and handling charges (you must pay for it at the time you place the order however).
