Please remember to specify the format (CD, 12", LP) you want. If you do not specify a quantity we will assume you wish to order one copy. If you are a local customer please be sure to specify whether you want your order shipped or you wish to pick it up in person the next time we are open to the public. Also please note your email order must come from an email address we hold on file for you.

Setting Up An Account.
Before we can accept mail orders by email or fax, we require that our customers set up an account with us by phone. This is to protect your credit card details. Groove Distribution only accepts credit card information by phone. We will never ask you to provide your credit card details to us by email or by fax.

Setting up an account does not cost you anything. It does however require that you can provide a valid VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card, which will be used to bill all your future email and fax orders. To open an account, call 888-GROOVE-4 ext. 103. If you are outside the US please call +01-312-997-2375 ext 103. You can call us between 10am - 6pm (CST), Monday to Friday. You will not be billed anything to open an account, we only take your card details so that we may make billing charges for purchases without requiring you to transmit credit card details via email or fax. Opening an account with us is not the same as joining our VIP Club.

If you do not intend to email or fax your orders, you do not need to set up an account and put your information on file. As long as you call to place each of your orders, it is not necessary (though it may be more convenient) to set up an account with us.

Mail Order Info and Shipping Prices.

Orders placed over the weekend or on Monday and Tuesday will ship out on Wednesday. All other orders normally ship the following business day. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation where available). International orders will ship by the end of the week they were placed (with orders placed on Friday shipping by the end of the following week).

USPS Shipping Rates (for orders within the US only) 1-3 Items: $5.00
Each additional item: add $1.00 per item (up to a maximum of $15.00) There is an additional $2.50 handling charge for orders under $25 (VIP members excluded).

CD's and 7"s count as 1/2 an item. LP's, 10"s, and 12"s class as one item. A double LP or double 12" would class as 2 items. Similarly, a triple LP constitutes 3 items. For orders containing other merchandise (e.g. record bags, clothing, dj stands), you should contact our mail order department for a shipping quote as these items are not covered by the billing prices above. For shipping via UPS or international orders please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not ship COD.
