Setting Up An Account.
Before we can accept mail orders by email or fax, we require that our customers set up an account with us by phone. This is to protect your credit card details. Groove Distribution only accepts credit card information by phone. We will never ask you to provide your credit card details to us by email or by fax.

Setting up an account does not cost you anything. It does however require that you can provide a valid VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card, which will be used to bill all your future email and fax orders. To open an account, call 888-GROOVE-4 ext. 103. If you are outside the US please call +01-312-997-2375 ext 103. You can call us between 10am - 6pm (CST), Monday to Friday. You will not be billed anything to open an account, we only take your card details so that we may make billing charges for purchases without requiring you to transmit credit card details via email or fax. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation where available).
