Groove Distribution only accepts credit card information by phone. We will never ask you to provide your credit card details to us by email or by fax.

Setting up an account does not cost you anything. It does however require that you can provide a valid VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card, which will be used to bill all your future email and fax orders. To open an account, call 888-GROOVE-4 ext. 103. If you are outside the US please call +01-312-997-2375 ext 103. You can call us between 10am - 6pm (CST), Monday to Friday. You will not be billed anything to open an account, we only take your card details so that we may make billing charges for purchases without requiring you to transmit credit card details via email or fax. Orders placed over the weekend or on Monday and Tuesday will ship out on Wednesday. All other orders normally ship the following business day. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation where available).
